The plant for processing 10t/h of raw material for pet food was expanded with a rotating magnet and metal detector to protect the equipment and guarantee the quality of the end product used in pet food.
The quality of the flour was further improved by replacing the existing sieving machine with a flat sieve with a surface of 6m2 and a 2mm mesh size.
This required the installation of a new bucket elevator that returns the coarse product to the hammer mill.
The sieving machine is also used for the removal of hair.
