In close collaboration with the user and Görgens, we designed a pilot plant for grinding moist biomass for a power plant. The system is housed in 7 standard containers and can therefore be easily transported and assembled at various locations. In addition to the design drawing, we made the dosing bunker including the controls. The dosing bunker is filled with a shovel and discharge takes place by means of a dosing screw conveyor 2-12 m3/hr. The 10m3 biomass is transported into the bunker on a belt with a radar level controller above the metering screw feeder.
The entire system is suitable for zone 21.
